I've been welcoming Airbnb guests into my Harrogate home for eleven years. In that time I've learnt what works, what doesn't, and exactly what guests are looking for when they're choosing where to stay.

Before Airbnb, I spent two seasons managing luxury chalet operations in the Alps — overseeing teams of twenty-two staff and delivering high-end guest experiences for international clients who expected nothing less than exceptional. That instinct for genuine hospitality, where the small details make all the difference, is something I bring to every consultation.

Last year I was recognised as a global top 2% Airbnb host and invited to meet Airbnb founder and CEO Brian Chesky as one of just 500 hosts selected worldwide. It confirmed what eleven years of hosting had already taught me — that doing this well is both a skill and a craft, and one absolutely worth passing on.
