For the past thirteen years I've been an Airbnb Superhost based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Hosting isn't a side interest for me; it's something I've built, refined and genuinely loved across more than a decade of welcoming guests into my home.
Before Airbnb, I spent two seasons managing luxury chalet operations in the Alps, overseeing teams of twenty-two staff and delivering high-end guest experiences for discerning international clients. That grounding in genuine hospitality - the kind where the details really matter - shapes everything I bring to my consultancy work.

You're thinking about listing but don't know where to start. I visit your home, assess your space through a guest's eyes, and give you a clear written plan covering presentation, photography guidance, pricing strategy, listing copy recommendations and everything you need to go live with confidence.
Approximately two hours, including written follow-up report.
The Full Launch Package - £395
Everything in the Launch Consultation, plus I write your listing copy for you, advise on your pricing setup, help you draft your house rules and guest communications, and provide one month of follow-up support by message as you get started.
Ideal for first-time hosts who want to do this properly from day one.
The Listing MOT - £150
Already hosting but your bookings are patchy or your reviews aren't where you want them? I review your existing listing in detail, visit your space, and give you a focused set of practical improvements that will make a real difference.
Approximately ninety minutes plus written recommendations.
